Job Summary
Lead ABB’s Automation - Energy Industries local division in the United States with end-to-end ownership of business performance and profitable growth. Translate HUB and Division priorities into local business plans, performance targets, and execution actions; drive growth through customer intimacy, market positioning, and go-to-market effectiveness; ensure high-quality delivery of products, systems, services, and projects with focus on productivity, cost discipline, and margin protection; guide portfolio evolution and digital/transformation efforts to meet evolving customer needs; build and develop a high-performing leadership team to meet current and future business needs. The role emphasizes leadership, strategy, execution discipline, and people development in a hybrid-work environment based in Houston, TX or Cleveland, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 15+ years of experience with strong commercial acumen
- 3+ years with proven experience leading a sizeable business or business unit with P&L accountability
- Significant senior leadership experience in industrial, automation, energy, process industries, technology, engineering, or project-based business environment
