Job Summary
Schedule and dispatch store delivery drivers, facilitating inter-store transfer orders to route them to final destinations on schedule. Provide driver support and resolve customer concerns while supplying documentation for invoicing. Manage 3-4 people during your shift and cover the store counter position when needed. Complete daily returns processing and store cycle counts. Ensure vehicle maintenance and repairs are finished on time. Requires strong computer skills, effective oral and written communication, and the ability to handle high-stress situations professionally in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Monday - Friday. Includes one Saturday per month.
- Must be able to manage 3-4 people during your shift.
- Excellent positive communication skills are a requirement.
- Need the ability to communicate, orally and written, clearly and professionally.
- Strong Computer Skills
- Highly effective Communication through multiple avenues
- Handle high-stress situations in a professional manner with a Customer Service Attitude
- The ability to multi-task, and bring items to completion efficiently
- Understand how to adapt and anticipating that in a fast-paced environment
- Strong individual work ethic and team player mentality.
- Previous experience in the automotive field
- Valid Driver's License
- No major violations
- No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
- No more than one at-fault accident
- Must be at Least 18 Years of Age
- Pass Physical & Drug Screen
- Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive experience and or knowledge is encouraged in an applicant.
