Job Summary
Operate a CDL refrigerated truck safely, efficiently, and in compliance with environmental standards under Transportation Leadership Staff direction. Maintain professional relations with customers, dispatch staff, and vendors while managing routes that begin at 3:30 a.m. and conclude by 6:00 p.m. with availability for morning, afternoon, evening, weekends, and holidays. Requires Class A, B, D, or E license, one year of box truck experience, clear MVR, and DOT Medical Card eligibility. Hourly pay ranges from $18 to $20 depending on license class.
Required Qualifications
- Class A, Class B, Class D, & Class E Driver's License
- at least 1 year of experience driving box trucks or larger
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work morning, afternoon, early evening, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Ability to work route beginning at 3:30 a.m. and generally ending by 6:00 p.m.
- Should be able to obtain DOT Medical Card
- Clear MVR (no more than 1 moving violation within a rolling calendar year)
