Job Summary
Local Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) drives and delivers paint and related products in a local daytime route using company pickup trucks and cargo vans. Responsibilities include operating delivery vehicles safely, loading and securing products, making local deliveries with frequent stops, unloading at customer locations, maintaining delivery paperwork, and communicating customer feedback and potential sales opportunities to Sales Representatives. Role combines driving with store-support duties and customer-service focused interactions. Key skills include reliability, professionalism, time management, and strong customer-service mindset. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with weekends off, and full-time benefits are offered. Not a CDL or long-haul position; environment involves active, hands-on work with lifting up to 70 pounds and regular driving duties.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license in accordance with state and federal requirements
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Strong reliability, time management, and customer-service skills
