Job Summary
CDL A Local Delivery Driver responsible for driving company trucks, loading/unloading materials, delivering to customers, maintaining accurate driver logs, and complying with DOT/FMCSA regulations. Must be familiar with the delivery territory, provide a professional customer experience, use GPS effectively, secure materials for transport, and back up warehouse personnel as needed. Role requires high school diploma or equivalent (or approved related experience) and a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record; physical ability to lift/move typical loads and operate in varied weather conditions. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; or two years commercial driving experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid CDL License - Class A with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass operator exam and drive powered industrial equipment
- Proficient in driving safely and adhering to DOT/FMCSA regulations; ability to complete driver logs; willingness to load/unload materials; use GPS and adhere to safety protocols
