Job Summary
Safely operate an extended high-roof Sprinter van on assigned local business-to-business routes throughout the Flagstaff area, completing scheduled pickups and deliveries while loading, unloading, and transporting packages. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintain delivery accuracy and on-time performance, and use company mobile technology for routing and documentation. Represent the company professionally at customer locations, communicate delays or equipment concerns promptly, and keep vehicles clean and organized. Work outdoors in Arizona heat with frequent stops and lifting, following all safety standards and DOT requirements. Set start times with consistent, routed schedules; overtime may be available based on volume.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR
- Ability to repeatedly lift and/or push up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass background check and drug screen

- Experience driving commercial vehicles, box trucks, or similar
- Comfortable using mobile apps, electronic routing tools, and email
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat and physically demanding conditions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
