Job Summary
Support on-site credit card acquisition initiatives at retail partner stores by engaging customers at the front end and offering acquisition offers. Rotate weekly to visit assigned stores for 3-5 hours, driving 6-7 incremental applications daily while handing out credit materials. Coach, train, and motivate associates to build relationships and drive engagement. Work flexible schedules including nights and weekends, requiring a valid driver's license and vehicle for travel. This 1-year engagement offers competitive weekly pay and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a working vehicle to travel to various client partner retail stores
- A driver's license, and a vehicle for travel
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 1+ years of retail or sales experience
- Proven ability to build and leverage relationships
- Strong and personable communication skills, oral and written
- Must be available for nights/weekends
- Must be able to rotate days of week and time of day
