Job Summary
Contract Physical Therapist responsible for helping patients recover mobility and function after surgery, acute illness, or significant injury. Conduct thorough PT assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapies (exercises, manual therapy, and assistive devices) to improve mobility, strength, and pain management. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate PT plans of care and ensure delivery of high-quality care. 40 hours per week, 52-week duration, with option for outpatient or inpatient opportunities in a hospital system; relocation assistance available for the right candidate. Licensure in state of practice and BLS required; new grads considered. Location-sensitive details are handled elsewhere in the posting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current, active Physical Therapist license in state of practice
- APTA-accredited PT program or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- New grads considered
