Local Consultant to strengthen capacities of Armenian authorities in border security and crime prevention. The role supports enhancing the implementation of cross-border techniques and data systems (e.g., API/PNR) to align with European and international best practices, and to bolster the work of national partners such as the National Security Service of Armenia (NSS) and the Border Guard Troops (BGT). The project is implemented under the organizational unit Enhancing the Capacities of Armenian Authorities in Border Security and Crime Prevention /IB0525. The assignment involves contributing to project goals through capacity-building activities, collaboration with government and non-government partners, and supporting developments in border management and irregular travel countermeasures.
