Job Summary
Dow is offering a part-time college co-op in Auburn, MI for undergraduate students to provide administrative and lab support to the Consumer Solutions Electronics TS&D organization. The role is long-term (at least one year) and year-round, with duties including copying/scanning/faxing/telephone handling/supply ordering, sample inventory and support, laboratory experiments, data analysis, and presenting results. Preferred candidates are academically strong, able to balance school with work, and capable of reliable attendance and punctuality; the position requires being enrolled locally, meeting program requirements, and working at least 16 hours per week during business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri) with possible longer commitments. The role does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check and drug screen/I-9 verification.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma/GED and enrolled at an accredited college or university located near the Midland Dow site
- pursuing an undergraduate degree
- Able to begin work very soon (within 4–6 weeks) and work year-round at least 16 hours per week during regular business hours
- including at least 3 days per week (max 8 hours/day and 30 hours/week during school)
- Commit to the role for at least 1 full calendar year
