Local Class A CDL Driver (Des Moines)

CDL Class-A driver for Organically Grown Company (OGC) delivering produce on a regional route. Home every day with a 4x10 schedule. Responsibilities include delivering to stores and distribution hubs, performing inspections and maintenance as needed, handling required documentation, and interacting professionally with customers. Compensation starts at $27.50–$31.00 per hour DOE, with pay increases after 6 months, incentives, profit sharing, 401k with match, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and employee perks such as organic produce. Qualifications include a valid CDL-A, prior related experience, ability to learn software, and basic math; preference for experience with perishable products and knowledge of cold chain.
