Job Summary
Local Retail Chains Specialist role within Mars Wrigley Sales Department in Warsaw, Poland. Focused on developing and executing customer plans, managing a portfolio of local chain customers, leveraging data to drive profitable sales growth, and building influential relationships with key decision-makers. Requires hybrid work arrangement (office and field), travel within Poland (minimum 2 nights/week), and fluency in Polish and English. Key activities include designing tailored customer solutions across assortment, merchandising, promotions, and e-commerce; collaborating with internal teams to ensure execution; and supporting new product launches while maintaining a strong execution discipline across field-based activities.
Required Qualifications
- Degree-level education
- Proven experience in sales/account management or customer-facing roles
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actions
- Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Category B driving license
- Willingness to travel within Poland – minimum 2 nights away per week
