Job Summary
CDL Route Driver to operate a garbage truck on specified routes, read route sheets, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and service customers. Role requires safety-conscious operation, physical endurance for heavy lifting, and the ability to work Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays, typically 50-55 hours per week. Training and benefits are provided; English communication and Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement are required. Location: Bridgeton, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement
- Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a commercial vehicle
- Ability to read route sheets and service customers
- Ability to perform pre/post-trip inspections
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (50+ pounds)
- Monday–Friday work schedule with occasional Saturdays
- Physically demanding environment with exposure to outdoor weather
