Conduct complete pre- and post-operation inspections of the vehicle to verify tire pressure, fluid levels, and safety equipment. Safely operate a collection truck along designated routes to service customers, read route sheets, and follow dispatcher assignments. Perform manual and automatic loading of refuse, operate the compactor, and dispose of collected material at the designated facility. Identify unsatisfactory waste containers, tag them per departmental procedures, and clean spill areas while adhering to all safety standards. Complete daily vehicle condition reports, route sheets, and productivity sheets to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
