Job Summary
Custom Applicator role involving safely mixing, loading, transporting, and applying litter amendments at poultry facilities. Operate and maintain trucks and application equipment, monitor application rates, and follow SOPs for handling chemicals (chlorine-based solutions, acids, pesticides, disinfectants). Maintain accurate records, ensure biosecurity and safety compliance, and provide excellent customer service. Requires a valid CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements, high school diploma or equivalent, clean MVR, and a willingness to learn with a flexible schedule. Strong problem-solving and communication skills preferred; physical work in various environments including confined spaces and outdoor sites.
