Job Summary
Local lumber delivery for 84 Lumber: operate a tractor trailer with a 45 ft flatbed trailer and forklift mounted on the back to deliver lumber and building materials from store locations to customer job sites. Heavy lifting up to 100 lbs. Typical workday is 10–12 hours starting at 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday with occasional half-day Saturdays. Local routes with nightly home time, plus a full benefits package including vacation, pension, and health benefits. Commission is based on the delivery fee associated with each delivery as experience with forklift operation and paperwork increases earnings.
Required Qualifications
- Must live within 30 minutes of location
- At least two years of proven safe driving experience
- Forklift experience is a plus
- City driving experience preferred
