Job Summary
Conduct store deliveries throughout Virginia and West Virginia on a dedicated local account. Operate a mix of dry van and refrigerated freight with an average of three loads per week, covering approximately 1,500 to 1,800 miles weekly. Unload freight at stores using electric pallet jacks after training. This home daily position involves primarily overnight driving with consistent freight and reliable pay. Drivers must live within commuting distance of Roanoke, VA, and report to the distribution center daily. J Rose Logistics provides expedited freight transportation services for time-critical loads across the continental U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of Class A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years
- Must live within commuting distance of Roanoke, VA
- Must meet all DOT drug & alcohol and safety requirements
