Job Summary
Local CDL-A route driver position in Gordonsville, VA area. Home daily with a 5 days on / 2 days off schedule and approximately 1,700 miles per week. Slip-seat operation with newer model day cabs. Mix of dry and refrigerated grocery freight with no-touch freight and live unloads at store locations. Routes run throughout VA, NC, MD, PA, and WV. Must report daily to the Gordonsville location. Start times between noon and midnight. Weekend availability required. W2 position with full benefits and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of Class A experience within the last 3 years
- Must live within driving distance of Gordonsville, VA and be able to commute daily
- Must meet all DOT drug, alcohol, and safety requirements
- Tickets, accidents, and criminal history reviewed on a case-by-case basis
