Job Summary
Operate a CDL A or B vehicle to deliver pre-sold beer, wine, and spirits from the Distribution Center to retail accounts in a safe and efficient manner. Manage customer relationships by resolving concerns, collecting payments, reconciling loads, and returning empty containers while maintaining confidentiality. Complete daily sales records, DOT driver logs, and vehicle inspections before and after use, ensuring compliance with federal laws and highway regulations. Maintain a clean working environment and request routine truck maintenance as needed. Work Tuesday through Friday with a 7:00 AM start time, averaging a 10-hour day until the route is completed. Earn $28.30 per hour with a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
- 1-2 years related delivery experience
- Ability to lift cases 45-65lbs which is the average weight on a regular basis
- Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Must talk, hear, use hands and fingers to operate a vehicle and tech device
- Frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, and reach
- Frequently climb into and out of truck
- Regularly lift 45-65 lbs
- Must be able to comply with federal mandated laws
- Must be able to comply with all applicable federal mandated laws and requirements for a DOT driver
- Must be able to maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Must be able to comply with organization policies, procedures, highway rules and regulations
- Must be able to follow established safety rules and regulations
