Job Summary
Conduct local hazmat tanker hauling with a Class A license and Hazardous Materials endorsement, averaging 1,000 to 1,500 miles weekly on mostly manual Freightliner and Kenworth trucks governed at 72 mph. Operate a 5-on, 2-off schedule with weekend availability required, working night shifts while maintaining home time every weekend. Handle 10% driver load/unload duties without taking the truck home or transporting riders/pets. Earn increased pay for weekend work and qualify for a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (E) No Manual, (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- Must have (H) Hazardous Materials endorsement at time of hire
- 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
- Weekend availability
