Job Summary
Provide in-home personal caregiver support to clients in Kennesaw, GA. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. Care is delivered to the same clients week to week with daytime hours typically 8am–5pm, plus potential evening or overnight shifts. Requires CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), valid Georgia driver’s license with insured vehicle, and the ability to pass a background check; CNA/PCA experience is a plus. Compensation ranges from $15–$18 per hour and includes W-2 employment, mileage reimbursement, holiday pay, bi-weekly pay, referral bonuses, paid training, and ongoing support.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Georgia driver's license with a reliable, insured vehicle
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified before you start)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Clear background check
- CNA or PCA experience is a plus — training available
