Job Summary

Drive the sale of new and used vans (LCVs) in Mercedes-Benz and Maxus brands from the Taunton dealership. Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and business partners, identify sales opportunities using data/insights, manage customer leads to point of sale and delivery, coordinate with aftersales, and contribute to achieving revenue targets. Communicate vehicle information, pricing, and specifications; administer finance and insurance products in line with standards; maintain accurate customer data; deliver excellent customer service and a seamless transaction experience; leverage CRM tools and interpersonal skills to maximise opportunities and support ongoing customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Confident using systems and CRM tools
  • Commercially minded and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, can-do attitude with initiative
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of finance and insurance within vehicle sales is preferred but not essential
  • Proactive, customer-first mindset with drive to exceed targets
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads effectively
