Job Summary
Prepare, bake and finish bakery products, and merchandise/display items according to laid-down standards. Maintain hygiene and safety, operate and clean equipment, and complete production-related documentation. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ability to follow recipes and guidelines, teamwork and communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset to support Pick n Pay’s retail bakery operations. This role requires early hours and a conscientious, by-the-book approach to quality and standards in a retail bakery environment.
