Own the end-to-end customer experience for Expeditors' accounts by developing, maintaining, leading and measuring product/service deliverables to satisfy customer needs; drive retention and global business development while creating mutually beneficial relationships with customers worldwide; requires university-level qualifications, proficiency in Portuguese and English, MS Office and CRM software, strong presentation/analytical skills, and KPI-driven problem solving.
Required Qualifications
- University or equivalent business qualifications
- Minimum 2 years Exp (freight forwarding)
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to perform and meet KPI requirements
- Proven problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Portuguese and English language
