Job Summary

Account Executive in security integration sales responsible for selling service agreements and maintenance programs to commercial customers, renewing contracts, developing proposals for preventative maintenance and system upgrades, maintaining regular contact with assigned commercial accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, conducting system reviews to identify service, compliance, and upgrade opportunities, building long-term relationships with facility managers, property managers, and business owners, achieving monthly and annual sales targets for service agreements and recurring revenue, identifying opportunities to expand services including video monitoring, access control support, managed services, and preventative maintenance programs, working with installation and service teams to convert installation customers into long-term service contract clients, maintaining accurate opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM, tracking renewal opportunities and engaging customers before contract expiration, collaborating with service managers and technicians to ensure proper service delivery, and supporting cross-selling efforts with installation sales teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience in commercial security, fire alarm, access control, or related technical services
  • Demonstrated success selling service agreements or recurring revenue programs
  • Strong understanding of electronic security systems, service programs, or maintenance contracts
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain pipeline discipline
