Job Summary
Lobby Security Officer responsible for checking in and checking out visitors to the Administrative Offices. Duties include greeting and validating guests, issuing guest passes, maintaining confidentiality of incident information, documenting reports for shift review, assisting in emergency situations, monitoring access systems, and supporting special projects. Must maintain attention to detail, communicate effectively, follow security protocols, and adhere to privacy standards including HIPAA. Requires familiarity with security operations and best practices, and ability to work within set shifts in a Monday–Friday schedule in Foxborough, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in the security or a related field preferred
- Effective communication skills, oral and written
- Understanding of the security operation and NFL Best Practices
- Attentive to detail and observant
- Ability to remain calm and work under pressure
- Effective computer skills
- Must be able to adhere to process protocol and must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner
