Job Summary
Lobby Receptionist in Consumer and Community Banking–Wealth Management serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, delivering concierge-level service, managing check-ins and temporary access badges, ensuring security and a welcoming lobby experience, collaborating with multiple teams, and supporting event/visitor management and office operations. Requires at least 2 years in high-end reception or related client-facing roles, strong interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to stand for extended periods, and preference for Spanish language skills. Five days in the office; role emphasizes professional, proactive service and adherence to security procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in high-end reception, concierge, hospitality, or client-facing services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, welcoming presence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and manage varied personalities while remaining professional and composed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to work across different locations throughout the campus as needed
- Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred)
