Lobby Porter / Public Areas- LSC

Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of all public hotel spaces, including lobby, restrooms, hallways, meeting spaces, entrances, and other guest-facing areas. Duties include cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing), restocking supplies, disposing of trash, inspecting for safety or maintenance issues, responding to guest requests, and assisting with special cleaning needs. Ensure equipment is used safely, keep storage areas organized, attend required meetings, and display courteous, team-focused service. Must comply with health regulations and safety standards; reports to the Executive Housekeeper; proficient with devices and checklists (Alice system).Requirements emphasize hotel operations or customer service experience, strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work as part of a team.
