Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the lobby lounge, ensuring correct grooming standards, smooth outlet execution, and immaculate equipment and inventory management. Lead the team through efficient rostering, KPI assignment, and personal development plans while driving financial targets, LQA compliance, and Forbes goals. Manage guest feedback via the Glitch system, handle security incidents and complaints professionally, and execute upselling strategies with creative problem-solving. Prepare end-of-operation reports on sales and guest comments, organize promotional events, and ensure adherence to evacuation policies and service excellence standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in 4–5-star Hotel
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends and service techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
