Job Summary
Lobby Houseperson at Fairfield Inn Harrisburg International Airport: Clean hotel public areas to established standards, handle guest requests or complaints, report maintenance deficiencies, maintain confidentiality and security of guest rooms, observe safety and housekeeping procedures, and perform seasonal/deep cleaning as scheduled. Requires at least one year of cleaning experience (hotel experience preferred) and knowledge of chemical handling; bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Flexible schedule with weekends/holidays and varied shifts; strong communication and guest-service skills are essential.
