Job Summary
Greet and welcome guests warmly, escorting them to the lobby, outlets, or other areas while providing thorough room orientation in line with Forbes and LQA standards. Serve the One Welcome experience upon arrival, including refreshing amenities like juice, water, or chilled towels, and assist with luggage handling, car parking, and transportation arrangements. Proactively support guests throughout their stay by responding to inquiries, anticipating special requests, and creating personalized moments of joy. Maintain in-depth knowledge of hotel outlets, menus, facilities, and local area events to act as a trusted brand ambassador, while sharing VIP arrivals and notable guest movements with the team. Uphold high service standards and represent the One&Only brand with pride in this fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School completed
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in guest relations or a similar role in a luxury hotel
- Detailed oriented with a strong eye for details
- Guest drive, team player, flawless communicator, passionate, well organized, details oriented and flexible
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
Desired Qualifications
- University Degree is a plus
- Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
