Engage hotel guests to enhance the service experience by activating all outlet services within the lobby area, including the Restaurant & Bar, Front Desk, and Lounge. Respond to guest requests for special arrangements such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning, and gather local area knowledge to inform guests about property amenities and surrounding activities. Contact appropriate departments like Bellperson or Housekeeping to resolve guest calls and problems, while reporting accidents and unsafe work conditions to the manager. Maintain a clean professional appearance, follow all company policies, and ensure uniform standards are met throughout the shift.
