Job Summary
The Lobby Bar Bartender role focuses on preparing and serving a wide range of beverages (cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks) while delivering personalized guest experiences. Responsibilities include product knowledge of the drink menu, engaging with guests, taking orders, managing bar setup and maintenance, processing cash transactions, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations, and collaborating with servers, kitchen staff, and management to sustain a lively, high-quality bar environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and active listening skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
