Lobby Attendant - Room Attendant

Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture in public areas, while removing fingerprints from glass doors and the front registration desk. Clean sinks, toilets, and restock paper products and soap in public and employee restrooms, and maintain mirrors and equipment in fitness centers. Greet guests warmly, answer basic questions about the hotel or local area, and report broken items to the maintenance team. This role requires physical strength to lift up to 50 pounds and willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Friendly, polite behavior is essential when interacting with guests and coworkers.
