Job Summary
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and sanitation of corridors, housekeeping linen, storage closets, and public areas while resolving guest complaints and creating loyalty. Collaborate with team members to communicate observations to staff and management, ensuring guest needs are met. Anticipate and respond to guest inquiries by demonstrating knowledge of hotel services, features, and local attractions. Provide exceptional cleaning service in all assigned areas with an impeccable eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and through legible writing.

- Flexibility. This is a demanding business and we look for flexibility with work days and hours, but it's also a lot of fun!
- Experience. Previous experience passionately providing service to others preferred.
