Lobby Attendant

Clean and maintain public areas, including deep cleaning assigned floors, buffing, shampooing carpets, and dusting. Set up lobby functions, coffee service, and meeting rooms; deliver items to guest rooms; and drive the shuttle van when needed. Handle luggage requests, manage lost and found items, and ensure all equipment is stored properly. Approach guests and associates with a friendly, service-oriented manner while maintaining high grooming standards. Complete daily assignment checklists, submit keys and sheets to supervisors, and attend required meetings. Maintain hotel equipment in working order and follow all safety and emergency procedures.
