Job Summary
Provide on-site concierge services for residents of a luxury building in New York City. Greet residents and guests, coordinate the receipt and delivery of packages, offer information on amenities and local services, resolve inquiries, relay messages, and enforce access control in collaboration with building staff. Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor and be able to move throughout the building, handle stairs and lift heavy packages, and adapt to varying environmental conditions. Proficiency with property-management software (e.g., Yardi) and MS Office; security procedures familiarity; on-site availability.
Required Qualifications
