Lobby Ambassador

Engage hotel guests to enhance the service experience through activation of lobby outlets (Restaurant & Bar, Front Desk, Business Center, Lounge, etc.). Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Gather, summarize, and provide local area knowledge to inform guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and local activities. Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems. Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones with proper etiquette; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; comply with company policies; support team to reach common goals; stand/sit/walk for extended periods; lift up to 10 pounds. Education and experience prerequisites: High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of related work experience. Supervisory experience: None. License or Certification: None.
