LOB Risk Lead

Job Summary
Senior LOB Risk Lead based in Pittsburgh, PA, within PNC's Technology Change Management team. Establishes Line of Business risk management strategy and oversees execution of risk management programs, serving as an advocate for the risk program. Provides risk expertise to business partners (Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit), monitors internal/external factors for emerging risks, and leads cross-functional initiatives including training and communications. Mentors technology teams and collaborates with senior technology leaders to ensure adherence to Technology Change Management policies and procedures. Preferred qualifications include Change Management, ITIL, Tech Risk (ISACA), Cyber Security, or AI-related certifications; ServiceNow Change module experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- University/college degree (Bachelor's)
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- Ability to establish and oversee risk management programs
- Experience with multiple ITSM disciplines (Change, Incident, Problem, Knowledge)
- Experience with risk monitoring and cross-functional leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Experience with Technology Change Management policies, procedures, processes, and controls
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and Change/Incident/Problem/Knowledge Management
- Experience with Technology Processes, Risks, and Controls
- Process improvement experience
- Preferred: ServiceNow Change module
- ITIL
- Tech Risk (ISACA)
- Cyber Security
- AI-related certifications
