LOB Risk Expert Senior - Swap Dealer & Broker Dealer

Senior LOB Risk Expert in Swap Dealer & Broker Dealer oversees risk strategies and the risk management program across capital markets, providing independent risk oversight of complex products, transactions, and end-to-end processes. Serves as SME for the risk management program, process owner, and regulatory relationship liaison. Establishes risk strategies and programs to meet business and regulatory expectations, oversees execution across lines of business, monitors internal and external factors for emerging risks, leads cross-functional teams, and mentors junior staff. Requires familiarity with U.S. securities regulations and global capital markets standards (e.g., Dodd-Frank, FINRA, CFTC, SEC). In-office role based in Pittsburgh, PA; also open to candidates at Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Chicago, IL or any corporate office within PNC’s footprint. Benefits and compensation include base salary range of $133,000 – $247,000, and comprehensive benefits; no relocation package specified.
