Loans Operations Analyst

The Loans Operations Analyst will support the day-to-day operation of secured loans across their full lifecycle, including processing of funding events, loan payments, payoffs, advances, extensions, renewals, reconciliations, and maintenance of strong controls to meet regulatory requirements. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders (investment teams, brokers, custodians, and technology partners) to resolve issues, support trade activity, and uphold operational excellence. Key responsibilities include processing loan payments and extensions, reconciling loan positions and payments, resolving inquiries from traders and clients, coordinating with traders, brokers, custodians and internal teams, establishing standard methodologies for trade operations, collaborating on operating model improvements, leading operational projects and system enhancements, ensuring policy compliance and audits readiness, maintaining escalation channels for operational issues, developing and maintaining procedures, and performing additional duties as required.
