Job Summary
Greets customers at the cashier window, computes bills, and processes cash, checks, and credit card payments while issuing receipts and handling refunds. Reconciles the cash drawer daily, files repair orders and parts invoices, and reconciles gas purchase statements. Refers customers regarding maintenance or repairs to the service writer and resolves complaints with integrity. Provides telephone coverage and clerical support to the service and parts departments.
