Job Summary
Support loan closing process for LMA and LSTA loans in European and North American markets; review loan closing documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance; organize and maintain loan files; communicate with clients, counterparties, and agents to gather information and resolve discrepancies; provide status updates and quality control to ensure timely closings; deliver excellent customer service and assist clients in understanding the loan closing process; provide administrative support and assist senior analysts and client managers; maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan products and industry trends. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in investment operations, with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; hybrid working arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a relevant field of study
- 2+ years’ experience in general investment operations, ideally in a middle office or other transaction-facing role
