Job Summary
Manage loan setup by creating customers, accounts, associations, and coding for reporting; image loan files and verify scans in the Synergy System; track collateral items and documents while working with lenders to clear outstanding items. Review loan files post-booking, enter exceptions, and maintain department pipeline status. Process construction loan draws, prepare checks, and image draw packages in compliance with bank policies. Perform online payments, transfers, and loan funding, and resolve customer service issues.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months of banking experience
- Ability to research and make sound judgments
- Strong analytical skills
- Must be organized
- Must be able to multi-task
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise level
- Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators
- Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day
- Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management
- Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance
- Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation
- Must have close visual acuity
- Must be able to sit
- Must be able to use hands in repetitive motions to finger, grasp, handle or feel
- Must be able to talk or hear
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to lift or reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to perform work on computer
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
