Job Summary
Post payoffs, release liens, and mail titles while receiving, logging, and processing incoming title work for submission to the DMV. Maintain title documentation, answer inquiries, and independently perfect liens with members, dealerships, and government agencies. Run GAP and warranty reports, process refunds, and coordinate with loan processing staff to ensure proper lien filing. Perform quality control reviews, audit loan documentation, and record documents such as mortgage assignments and trust deeds. Process loan coupons, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and provide administrative support including photocopying and faxing. Ensure compliance with all credit union policies, BSA/AML, OFAC, and Fair Lending requirements while participating in business development and community relations activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy
- Pleasant with others on the job
- Good-natured, cooperative attitude
- Speaks clearly and distinctly
- Relays information appropriately
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
