Job Summary
Provide end-to-end support for commercial, agricultural, mortgage, and consumer loans by preparing preliminary documents, disclosures, and closing materials within regulatory timelines. Collaborate with Loan Officers, attorneys, and appraisers to gather financials, answer customer inquiries, and cross-sell products. Manage document processing, collateral tracking, and payment setups while maintaining extreme organization in a fast-paced environment. Work Saturdays on a rotating schedule and ensure all staff members deliver exceptional service to customers and internal teams throughout the loan lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years working with commercial and agricultural documentation, procedures, and processing
- Minimum of 1+ years of mortgage processing experience at a financial institution
- HS Diploma or GED
- Reside within a 20 mile radius from the designated office or willing to relocate
- Intermediate computer skills with ability to operate Microsoft Word and Excel
- All staff members work Saturdays on a rotating schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Jack Henry core systems and Byte loan system
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in a related field
