Job Summary
The Loan Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, processing credit loan applications, maintaining office cash security, and collecting on past-due accounts. Ideal candidates demonstrate a passion for customer service, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a performance-based environment. This role requires prior customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Team members receive monthly bonuses and have opportunities for promotion to Branch Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Prior customer service experience in either a sales/retail environment or cash management environment
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage
- Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks
