Job Summary
Conduct customer service interactions and assist with loan applications while maintaining a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Provide excellent support to clients and work within a team environment using basic computer and phone skills. No prior finance experience is necessary, as training will be provided to develop valuable skills in lending and financial services. The role includes a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:45am to 5pm with no weekends or late nights.
