Job Summary
Process loan applications, verify documents, and enter payments into loan management software while maintaining regulatory compliance. Execute collection calls on overdue accounts, contact customers regarding payment arrangements, and facilitate loan extensions or modifications. Sell loans and ancillary products to drive account growth and ensure continual business development. Oversee office operations in the manager's absence to maintain productivity. Requires one year of customer service experience and six months in collections. Hourly compensation with competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans, plus 401(k) matching and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year Customer Service experience in any field
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
- Candidates must already possess valid U.S. work authorization permitting employment with any employer
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months Collections experience, a plus
- High School/GED preferred
