Job Summary
Process loan applications, verify documents, and enter payments into loan management software while maintaining regulatory compliance. Execute collection calls on overdue accounts, contact customers regarding payment arrangements, and facilitate loan extensions or refinancing. Sell ancillary products such as taxes and car club to former and prospective customers. Maintain all necessary forms and loan documents in accordance with federal and state law. This role supports the branch manager in maintaining a profitable office, with duties including overseeing office operations during the manager's absence. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year Customer Service experience in any field
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
- Work Authorization Required: Candidates must already possess valid U.S. work authorization permitting employment with any employer
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months Collections experience, a plus
- High School/GED preferred
